Temperature control box alarm display--Shorted Heater
Possible reasons: nozzle heaters, sheath heaters are flattened, the wiring at the connectors touches the short circuit, and the connecting wire is melted and the wire core touches the short circuit.
Diagnosis method:
1) Whether the multimeter's resistance to the corresponding pin or hole of the
mold connector is normal
2) Remove the mold connector and check the wire end wiring, and directly
measure the heating wire resistance.
3) The multimeter measures the two ends of the connecting cable to check
whether the inner wire is melted and shorted.
4) Remove the mold plate and check if the heating wire is flattened, and the wire
is broken and shorted.
