Solenoid valve problem lead to hot runner valve pin movement disorder
Reasons:
1) Impurities along with air get into solenoid valve, The piston of solenoid were got stuck and the seal ring were damaged. It lead to solenoid valve leakage air and make air pressure not enough
2) Solenoid signal failure, resulting in injection molding machine signal can't convey to the solenoid valve, valve pin will lose momentum cannot work normally
Solutions:
1) Regular cleaning the impurities inside the airway and solenoid valve
2) Change new hot runner solenoid valve body and signal
