Hot runner temperature controller precautions before usage:
1. Connect power supply wire as indicated on the label of the controller box2. Check connecting method of the mould junction and the type of thermocouple(J or K type)
3. Check hot runner controller cable to ensure matching with temperature controller
4. Check connector box's connecting method to ensure matching with temperature controllers
5. Check whether all heaters wire insulation is qualified.
6. Make sure the input voltage meets the temperature control box voltage specification
7. Before turning on the power, it is best to turn off the power switch
8. After powering on, make sure the fan is in working condition
9. Replace the temperature control card or wiring, don't operate with power
