Hot Runner Temperature Controller alarm display-- shorted T/C
Possible reasons:
The
thermocouple is broken, the wire core touches the short circuit, the wiring at
the connector touches the short circuit, and the connecting wire is melted and
the wire core touches the short circuit.
Diagnosis
method:
2)
Remove the mold connector and check the wire end wiring, and directly measure
the thermocouple resistance
3)
The multimeter measures the two ends of the connecting cable to detect whether
the inner wire is melted and shorted.
4)
Remove the mold plate to check if the wire is pressed, the wire is broken and
shorted
