Hot runner nozzle have an effect on color change ,color mixing

Hot runner nozzle temperature problems affect product color change.


Reasons:

1) Hot runner nozzle thermocouple is not installed correctly
2) The heater temperature of hot runner nozzle is too high
3) Don't connect the wire according to requirements

4) Share a controller card unit when multi nozzle heat(Customer repair themselves)


Solutions:
1) Assemble the nozzle thermocouple correctly
2) Advise customer to purchase the matching temperature controller
3) Train for the user
