Hot runner nozzles do not heat up
Customer encounter the problem:
4 drops hot runner system, two nozzles doesn't heat up. Detect the heaters & thermocouples, they are normal.
Reason:
The power indicator of the 6 zone temperature controller only lights two, and one of them does not light. In this way, it can be judged that the voltage input from the injection machine to the hot runner controllers is not enough 380 volts, only two phases of electricity can not meet the voltage requirement of the temperature controller, so there will be two hot runner nozzles that will not heat up.
