Possible
reasons: The thermocouple wire is blown (or broken), the wire ends are loose,
the connecting cable is broken, etc.
Diagnosis
method:
1)
Do the multimeter test the resistance of the corresponding pin or hole of the
mold connector.
2)
Remove the mold connector and check the wire end wiring, and directly measure
the thermocouple resistance
3)
Multimeter measures the two ends of the connecting cable, whether there is an
open circuit
4)
Remove the mold plate and check if the thermocouple is broken.
