Hot runner temperature controller alarm display - open heater

Possible reasons: nozzle heater, sheath heater are burnt out, the thread is loose, and the connecting line is broken.

Diagnosis method:

1) Do the multimeter test the resistance of the corresponding pin or hole of the mold connector.

2) Remove the mold connector and check the wire end wiring, and directly measure the heater resistance

3) The multimeter measures the two ends of the connecting cable to detect whether is shorted.

4) Remove the mold plate and check if the heater wire is broken.
