Hot runner system design considerations for Automobile mould

1. The hot runner plate must have a central positioning and a distal anti-rotation, and the anti-rotation hole must be elliptical in the direction of expansion.

2. It is better to add two template screws to the hot runner of the non-threaded hot nozzle. In addition, the gasket meson above the hot nozzle should be 0.2~0.4mm high to avoid leakage.

3. Wherever the cable passes, the sharp corners should be rounded to avoid cutting the wire.
