Cylinder problem have an influence on valve pin movement
Reasons:
1. In the air channel of A plate have impurities, go into the cylinder and damage the seal ring of piston
2. Carbide particles go into the cylinder after hot runner system leak resin,and damage the seal ring of piston
3. There is no regular maintenance to clean up the impurities in the air channel,water make the channel rusty.
4. Air channel circuit connect wrong direction
5. Plastic resin corrosion
6. Operate improperly when repair and maintenance
Solutions:
Clean the impurities in the air channel,cylinder ----Change new seal ring----Reassemble
